This production line is mainly used for the production of N95 folding-type ear-loop face masks. After multi-layers fabrics rolls are unwound, fabrics pass through the rollers, and are pulled. The nose bridge bars are automatically fed and quantitatively cut, and are automatically positioned. Fabrics are ultrasonically melt and welded. There is the ultrasonic punching automatically, and those material from the punching will be collected and discharged. The trade mark can be automatically printed at two stations. Both left/ right ear loops are automatically fed and quantitatively cut, and have the automatically ultrasonic welding. Face masks sheets are automatically folded, and there is the automatically folding and welding. Face masks sheets are automatically cut, and the waste will be discharged automatically. The whole process are automatic, it is stable, and the productivity is high.
